Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures.

Inspect, clean, and repair facilities and equipment following established schedules and guidelines.

Diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs; dismantle equipment to access defective parts.

Utilize hand and power tools, heavy machinery, and material handling equipment safely and effectively.

Document maintenance and repair activities, including parts usage and work orders, under supervision.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and accurately.

Comply with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout all tasks.

Proven ability to perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs across multiple crafts including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Experience operating and inspecting heavy machinery and powered equipment in compliance with safety and certification requirements.

Strong skills in diagnosing equipment issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.

Ability to document maintenance and repair activities accurately using written and electronic systems.

Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.
