9009 - Substitute Physical Therapist

Job Title
Provide specialized evaluation, instruction and consultative services required to meet the unique educational needs of students with gross motor and related impairments, within a multi-disciplinary problem solving team structure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
- Master's degree in physical therapy preferred
- Licensed physical therapist by the State of Iowa
- Statement of professional recognition by the Iowa Department of Education
