Requirements:

• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• NRP certification
• PALS certification
• TNCC certification
• CPI certification preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems preferred
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)

Description:

Shannon Health System is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for an urgent backfill assignment. The RN will provide comprehensive emergency care to patients with a wide range of medical and traumatic conditions, perform rapid assessments, administer medications and treatments, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and respond effectively in high-acuity situations. Travel experience is required , and the selected candidate must report to San Angelo, TX, on the first day of the assignment before beginning work in Big Spring. This is a 13-week day shift assignment (4×12 hours) with no block scheduling.
