The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Mattawan that are seeking Quality Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Performs in-process and final inspections of manufactured products.
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs.
• Identifies and records non-conformities, initiating corrective actions.
• Calibrates and maintains quality control equipment.
• Assists in the investigation of customer complaints and internal quality issues.
• Conducts various tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Participates in the development and revision of quality procedures and work instructions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficiency with various measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
