This position performs routine custodial duties, minor facility upkeep, and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and professional environment for employees, customers, and visitors. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in maintaining a clean facility.What you will do:Perform daily custodial cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, entryways, and common areasSweep, mop, scrub, wax, and vacuum floors throughout facilitiesClean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixturesEmpty trash receptacles and recycling containers throughout the propertyRestock paper products, soap, and sanitation suppliesDust furniture, vents, ledges, equipment, and other surfacesClean interior and exterior windows, doors, and glass surfacesMaintain cleanliness of stairwells, storage rooms, and warehouse/work areasOperate custodial equipment including floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and pressure washersPerform routine deep-cleaning projects as assignedAssist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or company activitiesMonitor facility cleanliness and report maintenance, repair, or safety concernsSafely handle and store cleaning chemicals and custodial suppliesMaintain cleaning equipment and notify management when repairs or replacements are neededHelp maintain exterior cleanliness including sidewalks, entrances, and outdoor trash removalFollow all OSHA, company safety, and sanitation proceduresPerform additional duties as assigned.What you will need:Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious custodial, janitorial, or facility cleaning experience preferredKnowledge of custodial cleaning methods and equipment preferredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and time management skillsDependable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to follow safety procedures and cleaning instructionsOur ValuesTrust & Transparency | People First | Positive Experiences | Calm Persistence | Never SettlingAt ACV, we are committed to an inclusive culture in which every individual is welcomed and empowered to celebrate their true selves.
