Supply Chain Analyst Location: Huntsville, AL (On-site) Job Purpose We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Huntsville. This is a critical role where you won't just report on data—you will interpret it to drive efficiency and influence strategy. You will act as a key liaison between plant management and corporate strategy, ensuring our divisional supply chain remains lean, responsive, and cost-effective. Nature of Duties Data Intelligence: Utilize Oracle, eCompass, and APS to pull data from diverse sources and create both recurring and ad-hoc reports. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), inventory health, excess levels, and tariff impacts. Strategic Recommendations: Move beyond the spreadsheet to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to Plant Management and Senior Leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Material Managers and Program Management to align supply chain goals with production needs. Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to standardize processes and enhance system utilization across the division. Experience And Education Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 5 years of experience in an analytical role (manufacturing environment preferred). We are open to high-potential early-career candidates. Technical Savvy: Excel Mastery: Excel power user (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and have a high comfort level learning new software quickly) ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) is a significant asset. Data Viz: Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is a plus.
