Area Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Area Manager to oversee construction projects and lead high-performing field teams. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
Manage resources and assign work to field teams
Monitor project timelines and take corrective action to stay on schedule
Mitigate risks related to safety, budgets, and operational delays
Resolve field challenges including scope changes, disputes, and unforeseen issues
Oversee fleet operations, claims, inventory management, and KPIs tied to project performance

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in construction project oversight and operations management
Detail-oriented and accountable for results

This role is ideal for a proactive leader ready to take ownership of field operations and deliver measurable results.
