About Growing Seasons Landscaping
Growing Seasons Landscaping is a family-owned land services company based in Canonsburg, PA. We provide landscaping, hardscaping, maintenance, snow removal, oil and gas, forestry, and trucking services throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area and tri-state region.
We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Landscape Team Member to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hands-on work, and wants to grow within the landscaping industry.
Position Summary
The Landscape Team Member will work as part of a crew to complete a variety of landscaping and maintenance tasks, including mulching, pruning, planting, landscape installation, job site cleanup, and seasonal snow removal work.
Responsibilities
Assist with landscaping projects including mulching, pruning, planting, and landscape installation
Use basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and properly
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Help prepare and clean up job sites
Follow direction from the Landscape Foreman and crew leaders
Work as part of a team to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to GSL standards
Assist with snow removal and winter maintenance during the off-season
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic each day
Qualifications
Landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout the day
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license preferred
