Overview Marketing Manager Southlake, TX | Full-Time | On-Site (Must live within 50 miles of Southlake, TX) Drive Growth for One of DFW’s Top Home Service Companies Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is looking for an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, strengthen our brand presence, and drive customer acquisition across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both strategy and execution, and is passionate about using data to make smart business decisions. We offer: Competitive salary Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative culture Opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth Compensation: $90,000-$110,000/year + Bonus Plan Responsibilities What You’ll Do As our Marketing Manager, you will: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website optimization Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data Oversee content creation, branding, and messaging across multiple channels Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and media partners Coordinate promotional campaigns, community events, sponsorships, and brand awareness initiatives Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity Collaborate with operations, sales, recruiting, and leadership teams to support company goals Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI on marketing investments Qualifications What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably with leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management and organizational abilities Ability to analyze data and translate insights into marketing strategies Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or related industries Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools Knowledge of local marketing and lead generation strategies #BerkeysLI
