Patient Service Representative

Responsibilities Responsible for greeting customers, providing information, and communicating with other departments. Responsible for appointment scheduling. Overview Department: General Surgery Clinic Schedule: Fulltime - Days, 8:30am-5pm Facility: Saint Francis Hospital Location: Evanston, IL Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year experience in customer service. Six (6) months experience in a health care setting and office equipment preferred. Current BLS certificate, preferred. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $16.75 to $24.26. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
