As a CDL Driver, you'll safely deliver and pick up PODS containers, interact directly with customers, and ensure every delivery is completed professionally, efficiently, and incident‑free. Responsibilities Safely operate a commercial truck equipped with our unique lift mechanism to load and unload containers in residential and business settings. Complete local deliveries and pickups while following DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards. Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections to keep your rig and yourself safe and keep the truck cab and equipment clean and inspection‑ready. Use company‑provided handheld devices for navigation, delivery confirmation, and communication. Act as our brand ambassador—answer questions, solve placement puzzles, and ensure every container is clean and presentable. When not on the road, help with storage center functions, forklift operation, and light container maintenance to keep the operation humming. Qualifications A valid CDL license and high school diploma (or equivalent) are required. Must also be at least 21 years old and possess (or be able to obtain) a DOT Medical Card. Minimum 3 months of professional driving experience. Zero‑incident mindset with no moving violations in the past three years. Strong spatial sense: able to park a vehicle and negotiate tight residential spaces with ease. Physical stamina: comfortable climbing in and out of the cab (using three points of contact), operating a forklift, lifting up to 50 lbs, or applying up to 40 lbs of pressure for equipment operation; able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Customer‑focused: understand customer needs and make service excellence a priority. Basic math skills, able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $23.50 - $24.50 per hour. Overtime: regular opportunities for OT to boost take‑home pay. Bonuses: eligible for performance‑based incentives.
