Business Development Director / Senior Director

Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.Location: Boston / San Diego / Remote-friendlyKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with U.S. biotech and pharmaceutical companies, identify and drive out-licensing and strategic partnering opportunities for the company's pipeline, and promote our antibody discovery and R&D CRO services.Identify potential clients, develop business opportunities, lead commercial discussions, and drive deals from initial contact to contract closure.Coordinate with R&D, project management, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery.Attend industry conferences and business development events to expand the company's visibility and network in North America.Identify opportunities forstrategic partnerships, licensing, and co-development.Support the development and growth of the U.S. BD business.QualificationsPhD: PhD in Biopharma, Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
