Motion Graphics Designer

*This will be a fully onsite role in Chicago (River North area), no exceptions* We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to create high-quality animations that bring a brand’s visual identity to life across marketing, product, and digital channels. This hands-on role translates creative direction into polished motion assets that communicate product stories and strengthen brand expression. The designer will collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to produce engaging visuals for product explainers, social content, and digital experiences, ensuring motion work is consistent, modern, and strategically aligned. Responsibilities Design and animate branded motion graphics for videos, social media, and digital platforms Create 2D animations and transform static designs into dynamic visuals Collaborate with design, marketing, and brand teams to maintain visual consistency Support video editing, sequencing, and audio syncing as needed Establish a cohesive motion language aligned with brand guidelines Optimize and export animations for web, social, and mobile Develop reusable animation templates and assets Stay current with motion design trends and best practices Qualifications 3–5+ years of motion graphics experience in an agency or in-house team Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro Experience creating branded 2D animations for digital platforms Ability to execute creative direction and maintain brand standards Strong collaboration, organization, and time-management skills Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality deliverables #J-18808-Ljbffr Synergy Interactive
