Responsibilities:
- Stocking shelves with inventory in an organized and efficient manner
- Rotating products to ensure freshness
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the aisles and storage areas
- Assisting customers with locating products and providing excellent customer service
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet store goals and objectives
- Following all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or grocery setting preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
