Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. Your role will involve implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve their social, communication, and daily living skills. Location: Gainesville, Georgia Company: Kids Club ABA - VA Pay: $26-32 Hourly Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA Experience Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices Education Certificate in a relevant field (e.g., ABA, Behavioral Health, Psychology) Benefits Paid time off (PTO) Accrual from day one – ALL EMPLOYEES Benefit package for full‑time employees (30+ hours per week) Opportunities for growth and promotion 401(k) Flexible schedule Health insurance Professional development assistance (CEU's) Referral program Social Media program BCBA Internship Program Schedule After school Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Weekends only Work Setting In‑person In‑Home Private school School Work Location In person If you are passionate about helping others reach their full potential and possess the required skills, we welcome your application.
