A leading law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Manchester, NH office. The ideal candidate will have 3 7 years of experience representing a range of clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes.

The position offers an excellent opportunity to assume significant responsibility and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

• Represent clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes.
• Prepare and handle pleadings, motions, and discovery matters.
• Manage and participate in e-discovery .
• Conduct legal research and provide strong analytical support.
• Participate in depositions and court appearances as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Apply strong judgment and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

• 3 7 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience representing clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes.
• Strong experience with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice.
• Experience with e-discovery .
• Deposition and/or court appearance experience is a plus.
• Admission to the New Hampshire Bar is required.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly motivated and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
