Area Manager

Retail Area ManagerRetail Area Manager will manage the goal-oriented Retail Managers and or sales personnel in the region (or a specific geographic area, as determined by the V.P. of Retail). The Retail Area Manager will also be primarily responsible for the following: recruiting, hiring and training Retail Branch Managers and or sales personnel. Hearing and vision within normal rangesDirect and oversee Branch Manager's for region or specific geographic areaCoach, motivate and support Branch Managers to ensure growth, profitability; and expected production goals for each BranchGuide Branch Manager's in planning and implementing new sales and marketing programs in regionGenerate necessary reports to track Branch production and effectiveness of the region's marketing programsMaintains working knowledge of federal, state and local governments' and private investors' policies and guidelinesMaintains strong familiarity with national and regionally specific current trends in the real estate and mortgage banking industries as well as the company's operating policies and proceduresMonitors, evaluates and recommends to senior management changes to Branch level policies and proceduresFormalizes strategies, forecasts and reports as necessaryQualificationsFive - Seven years or more of management experience in mortgage operations preferredMinimum seven years of related experience within the mortgage industryManagement teamsStrong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skillsDetail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skillsBachelor's degree in finance, business, or economicsMinUSD $36,000.00/Yr.MaxUSD $36,000.00/Yr.
