Acquire new affluent consumer and business customers and deepen existing relationships through outreach, referrals, and appointments Conduct discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and provide tailored banking and credit strategies Serve as the primary financial partner with comprehensive, multi-product guidance and ongoing reviews Own and grow a defined book of business using goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight Deliver integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking Support everyday banking needs, including opening accounts and handling service requests Coordinate warm introductions and collaborate with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners Promote digital adoption of self-service and mobile banking Advise branch colleagues on relationship development and complex client needs Maintain accurate documentation, exercise sound judgment, accelerate issues, and follow policies and regulations Requirements 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners 3+ years of experience recommending products and services Experience recommending financial products and translating customer goals into actionable recommendations Experience proactively sourcing, acquiring, and deepening customer relationships Experience managing a book of business, documenting planning conversations, and following through to drive retention and growth Experience coaching or supporting peers Clear and confident communication, empathetic listening, and ability to build credibility and trust FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams or recognized equivalents sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration State Insurance license(s), active or completed within a designated timeframe Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam required for FINRA qualifications earned after September 30, 2018 FINRA Series 65 or equivalent required within a specified period in applicable states, including Nebraska Required FINRA licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment SAFE registration required at the time of employment Must meet enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards Must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo standards for financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays Not eligible for Visa sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in customer relationship management, financial product recommendations, and strategic planning to drive business growth.
