Compensation & Benefits Highly Competitive Pay: $6,000 monthly salary + 2% of Total Store Gross + 10% of Store Net Earning Potential: $500,000+ annually based on performance Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue96 hoursyour first year, with increases over time Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life insurance, and short- & long-term disability after60 days 401(k) Retirement Plan: Robust company-sponsored savings plan Paid Holidays: At least 2 paid holidays per year following the introductory period What You’ll Do Manage all dealership operations to maximize revenue and performance Review financials, DOCs, and performance metrics toidentifygrowth opportunities Develop, document, andmaintainoperational workflows, process maps, andswimlanediagrams toidentifyefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
