Retail Sales Consultant - Mattresses & Sleep Products

Mattress Firm is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional, consultative service in our retail showrooms. In this role, you’ll guide customers through mattress and sleep product options, assess their sleep needs, and recommend tailored solutions. You’ll demonstrate products, explain financing and promotions, and close sales while meeting individual and store targets. Working in our collaborative, customer-focused culture, you’ll help maintain showroom standards, build lasting customer relationships, and grow your career with ongoing training and development opportunities.
