You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing developmental milestones, and creating curriculum to meet students’ collective and individual needs. You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with toddlers and creating an engaging classroom environment. You are skilled at collaboration with your teaching team. Responsibilities Create a comprehensive curriculum with a focus on play-based learning Lead children in language development and self-help skills Assist children with developing social and emotional skills Use instructional methods and learning techniques that are consistent with early childhood scientific research Communicate effectively with parents and other school personnel Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones Be knowledgable and comply with MA EEC regulations and training requirements Submit to a background record check with fingerprints Qualifications Minimum MA EEC Teacher certification. College degree preferred.
