We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional patient care, communicates effectively, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team committed to continuous growth and clinical excellence.ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing.Conduct periodontal assessments, collect diagnostic records, and document findings accurately.Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide in accordance with state regulations.Manage electronic health records using Open Dental and maintain accurate clinical documentation.Collaborate with the doctor and team members to develop personalized treatment plans.Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment while adhering to all infection control and safety protocols.QualificationsCurrent state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist.Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification preferred.Strong clinical skills and knowledge of preventive and periodontal care.Proficiency with dental software, including Open Dental or similar practice management systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build lasting relationships with patients while maintaining a high standard of care.Experience in a general dentistry setting preferred.If you are looking for a practice where your clinical skills are respected, your contributions are valued, and your relationships with patients truly matter, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
