Jackson Creek Post Acute is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a supervisory role in post-acute rehabilitation. You will evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral, develop treatment plans with physician approval, and supervise PT assistants in direct patient care, ensuring high-quality therapy aligned with state practice acts.
