What You'll Do  

• Run your assigned daily service route, inspecting properties and applying treatments safely and correctly. 
• Talk directly with customers about what you found and what you did — you're the face of Certus Home Services on every stop. 
• Follow all PPE and safety/compliance standards on every application. 
• Track treatment results and follow up when needed. 
• Keep accurate service records and keep your vehicle and equipment ready to go. 

What Success Looks Like — And What It Gets You  

Utility Technicians who own their route the way we know you can typically: 

• Complete 98%+ of scheduled stops and keep documentation 90%+ accurate — this is what earns you a bigger route and more responsibility. 
• Generate 8+ qualified leads a month, which feeds directly into your monthly bonus. 
• Resolve 95%+ of service issues within 24 hours and keep customers highly satisfied — the track record that fast-tracks you toward your Pest Control Technician license. 
• Drive safely with a zero-incident record — because we only hand a growing route and more autonomy to people we trust completely. 

Requirements:

 

What You'll Bring  

• Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience and a clean record. 
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. 
• A strong work ethic and comfort working independently, outdoors, in varying conditions. 
• No pest control experience required — we'll train you. 

Nice to Have (not required)  

• Prior pest control or related field/route-based experience. 
• An active pest control license or certification.
