Digital Health Specialist

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Digital Health Specialist to support delivery of outpatient rehab through telehealth and connected care tools. In this role, you’ll coordinate virtual visits, onboard patients to digital platforms, monitor remote exercise and symptom data, and ensure accurate documentation in our EHR. You’ll collaborate closely with PT, OT, and SLP teams to streamline workflows, improve access, and enhance outcomes. Ideal candidates bring healthcare or digital health experience, strong technical aptitude, excellent communication, and a passion for patient-centered, evidence-based care in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
