Shop Welder Tech 3 (Line Bore)
The Shop Welder Tech 3 (Line Bore) performs complicated welding repairs, fabrication, and line boring on heavy equipment and components with minimal supervision utilizing Holt, Caterpillar and AWS Welding Procedures, Standards and Codes. Demonstrating ability to fabricate solely from blueprints and perform the removal and installation of most components on heavy equipment, including undercarriage. The incumbent in this position shall model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources. 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
