Job Summary:

The Law Office of Robert B. Linder is a premier boutique personal injury law firm located in Englewood, New Jersey. Founded in 1992, our firm is dedicated exclusively to representing seriously injured individuals, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for our clients over more than three decades. We pride ourselves on providing unparalleled personal service and relentless, aggressive advocacy. We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will manage litigation, advocate for clients, and support the resolution of complex injury cases.

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation cases from initial client intake through trial or settlement.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Represent clients at depositions, court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare trial materials and assist lead counsel during litigation proceedings.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 3-5 years of plaintiff's personal injury experience in New Jersey.
• Active license to practice law and good standing with the New Jersey State Bar.
• Proven litigation experience in personal injury law or civil litigation.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough legal research and draft complex legal documents.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
• Bilingual/Spanish proficiency is a plus.
