Legal Operations Manager

Tech company is seeking a Legal Operations professional to support the final stages of a CLM platform implementation and take ownership of the system for ongoing administration, support, and optimization. This person will play a key role in ensuring a successful go-live while also managing the platform long term, including workflow enhancements, reporting, data integrity, user support, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the final phase of CLM implementation, including testing, go-live readiness, issue identification, and resolution.Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the CLM platform following launch.Manage and improve system workflows, templates, reporting, dashboards, and data entry processes.Assess gaps in the current setup and recommend or implement fixes and enhancements.Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot system issues, and drive adoption of the platform.Maintain data quality and ensure the system is configured to support legal and business processes effectively.Support the transition away from Apttus/Conga as part of the broader CLM roadmap.Partner with internal stakeholders and external implementation resources as needed.
