Patient Care Technician (PCT) - Nights | 13-Week Contract | Concord, MA


Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM | 3x12s (36 hours per week)
Contract: 13-week assignment
Pay: $25/hour local OR travel option $16/hour plus $500 weekly stipend
Location: Concord, MA
Experience: Acute care experience required


We're hiring an experienced Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team in Concord, MA for a 13-week local or travel contract. This position is ideal for a dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced inpatient environment.



Job Functions:

• Assist with patient transport and transfers within the hospital
• Administer oxygen via nasal cannula, NRB, and BVM
• Apply monitoring equipment (NIBP, ECG electrodes, pulse oximetry, end-tidal CO2)
• Respond to patient call lights and family requests
• Support patient safety and care under RN direction
• Record and report vital signs, intake/output, and glucose levels
• Perform ECGs and assist with daily living care tasks
• Float to various units as assigned
• Report patient condition changes immediately to the RN

Requirements:

• Acute care experience required
• Ability to adapt to workload changes and float as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be flexible with weekends and holidays
