We seek talented, enthusiastic, and customer focused individuals to join our Lebanon Distribution Center on 2nd Shift. Start times for this position would be Sunday-Thursday at 2:30pm.The Warehouse Worker will increase operational efficiency, company profitability, and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely picking, packing, and scanning orders for pickup and delivery while utilizing high reach equipment.Operate a high reach forklift equipment to access and retrieve products from various levels of warehouse rackingInspect products for quality and picking accuracy, ensuring they meet company standards and customer specificationsPackage selected items securely and appropriately, considering shipping requirements and guidelinesBuild pallets with orders and position them to loading docksReport any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to appropriate personnelMaintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as requiredMaintain equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to appropriate personnelAssist in keeping facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficientlyAdhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environmentParticipate in regular training sessions and safety meetings to enhance your knowledge of warehouse procedures and protocolsContribute to process improvement initiatives by providing insights and suggestions for enhancing efficiency and accuracyWilling to work some overtime when neededOther duties as assignedRequired for SuccessOne year warehouse experience, with specific experience in high reach forkliftProven experience operating high reach forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environmentAbility to operate a sit down forklift and pallet jackAbility to count accurately on a repetitive basisAbility to read and operate hand-held RF scan device and use Warehouse Management SystemPhysically able to lift, carry, move etc. products up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionallyAbility to communicate successfully with leads, supervisors, coworkers and customers as requiredSelf-motivated and willing to work with othersDetail-orientedWhy You'll Love UsThis is a full-time position which includes a competitive wage and our full benefits package.
