Pay Range: $78 - $84/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute cross-functional programs aligned with business objectives.
• Develop structured plans, timelines, and operating processes.
• Provide clear executive-level updates (written, verbal, and presentations).
• Identify risks and implement operational improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive successful outcomes.
• Support planning and execution of partner visits and program launches.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Strong program management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proven stakeholder management experience.
• Experience supporting the supply side of a two-sided marketplace.
• Background in tax, accounting, call center, or BPO industries.
