What you will do

We are looking for a motivated and organized Trade Marketing Coordinator to lead the execution of tradeshow events and support the management of our Online Storefront, and in-store demo programs across the grocery, club, convenience store, and natural sectors in the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you will take ownership of planning and executing high-impact tradeshows, coordinating product demos at retail locations, and assisting with POS material strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive sales within key retail accounts. You will play a vital part in strengthening Saint James's presence in the retail channel by ensuring seamless execution of demos and tradeshows, optimizing storefront ordering, and supporting retail partners in achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tradeshow Planning & Execution : Lead the planning and execution of Saint James trade shows and industry events, including budgeting, booth design, material production, staffing coordination, logistics, on-site execution, and post event recaps.
• In-Store Demo Program Management : Schedule, coordinate, and oversee product demonstration programs at retail locations, including brand ambassador training, inventory management, and real-time execution to drive consumer engagement and trial.
• Storefront Management: Manage the internal storefront ordering system, coordinating inventory and fulfillment of POS materials, wearables, and assets.
• Point-of-Sale (POS) Material Assistance : Assist in the development, design approval, and distribution of point-of-sale materials across retail partners, ensuring brand compliance and optimal placement to support sales lift and product visibility.
• Demo Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze demo attendance, consumer feedback, and sales impact metrics to identify successful tactics and inform future program optimization.
• Retail Partner Coordination : Communicate with retail partners on tradeshow participation, demo scheduling, and POS placement requirements to ensure seamless execution and account satisfaction.
• Budget Management : Track and manage budgets for tradeshow participation, demo programs, and POS material production, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI optimization.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support, including assisting in the creation of sales presentations and promotional materials.
• Cross-Functional Support : Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to align tradeshow strategy, demo timing, and promotional messaging with broader brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing or sales, preferably within the grocery sector or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Basic understanding of grocery retail dynamics and shopper marketing
• Trade show and event planning experience strongly preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Willing to travel if necessary

Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates based in California.

The salary range for this role is $75,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and skills.
