Roxy’s Aesthetics & Salon is seeking a talented, dependable licensed cosmetologist to join our team. We’re looking for someone who loves the beauty industry, takes pride in their work, and helps every client feel welcomed, heard, and confident.

Responsibilities

• Provide haircuts, styling, color, highlights, and other services within your training and license.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client’s goals and preferences.
• Explain service pricing, maintenance, and home-care recommendations.
• Create a professional, personalized experience from consultation through checkout.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow sanitation standards.
• Support client retention through rebooking and consistent customer service.
• Help promote your services through social media posts and photos of your work, with client consent.
• Arrive on time, follow your agreed schedule, and use downtime productively.
• Work collaboratively with our salon and spa team.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado cosmetology license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in hair cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Dependable, professional, and motivated to build a clientele.
• Commitment to continuing education and improving your skills.
• Additional experience with extensions, nails, or lash services is a plus.
