General Function Serves as the trusted advisor and team coordinator to simplify complexity for Private Bank clients by challenging and collaborating with them to articulate and achieve their wealth goals. Creates streams of highly credentialed specialists to provide wealth planning, investments, private banking, risk management, and trust services. Ensures delivery and execution of Private Bank experience and client service standards. Acts as a risk steward, consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks while adhering to the bank’s risk appetite. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sales: Develops and prospects internal and external centers of influence to build and cultivate a pipeline of new client opportunities. Utilizes Life360 Discovery to profile clients, spot needs, and generate AUM, loans, deposits, estate planning, and wealth planning opportunities. Manages execution of client service standards to develop and retain lasting relationships and achieves personal business plan objectives. Client Experience: Coordinates the private bank experience, employing the Life360 process to deliver advice‑driven solutions. Collaborates with specialists and third‑party advisors, ensuring alignment with client goals. Provides timely problem resolution, client reviews, and ongoing relationship enhancement across all Private Bank and Bancorp channels. Other: Demonstrates urgency, teamwork, and leadership influence. Supports professional growth, community engagement, and the Bancorp Vision and Core Values through effective networking and collaboration. Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Business Administration, Finance, Economics preferred). Eight (8) years of successful sales/client service experience in the financial services industry. Proficiency in negotiation, verbal and written communication, and presentation. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. Understands regulatory changes that impact clients. Ability to obtain appropriate state life and health insurance licenses and S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System. Required Credentials CFP, CFA, or CPWA certification required within 24 months (36 months for CFA). JD and/or CPA accepted. State life and health insurance licenses; S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS. Working Conditions Normal office environment with minimal exposure to dust, noise, or temperature variations. Extensive computer use, including extended screen viewing. Location Dallas, Texas 75225.
