Under new ownership, we are investing in the future of our HVAC business and looking for a highly experienced Virginia Licensed Master HVAC Tradesman to help lead that growth.

This is not a desk-only project management role. We need a proven HVAC professional who understands the trade from the ground up — someone who can price jobs accurately, manage projects confidently, lead installations, troubleshoot issues, and step in hands-on when needed.

If you have strong HVAC field experience, know how to estimate and price work profitably, and hold an active Virginia Master HVAC license, this is an opportunity to make a major impact and help shape a growing department.

What You’ll Do

• Estimate, bid, and price HVAC jobs accurately and profitably
• Perform site visits and develop clear, professional proposals
• Manage HVAC projects from start to finish
• Oversee installations, replacements, and project execution
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and support service work as needed
• Coordinate with technicians, installers, customers, vendors, and contractors
• Manage materials, scheduling, permits, inspections, and change orders
• Help ensure jobs are completed safely, correctly, on time, and within budget
• Support the growth, structure, and success of our HVAC department

What We’re Looking For

• Current Virginia Master HVAC Tradesman License required
• Strong hands-on HVAC installation and service experience
• Proven experience estimating and pricing HVAC jobs
• Solid project management experience in HVAC work
• Working knowledge of HVAC codes, compliance, and permitting
• Ability to read plans, scopes of work, and job specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Willingness to be hands-on and lead by example when needed

Compensation

Pay is negotiable and will be based on your experience, licensing, and HVAC estimating/project management background.
