We are looking for outstanding baristas to join our team. You will be working with a fun, positive, and efficient team to provide guests an experience that will keep them coming back each day. McQuaid Hospitality Group as the operator of Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters at Strong Memorial Hospital aims to offer convenience for everyday busy people.

We aim to establish and maintain a long-term close relationship with our guests, within our trade area by offering outstanding service, superior product quality, a broad range offering of beverages, baked goods and pastries at affordable prices.

We have three locations throughout the hospital.

Responsibilities:

· Customer Service Provides guest service, resolves guest issues, understands and exceeds guest expectations, develops and maintains guest relationships

· Handles POS transactions and payments with accuracy

· Ensures drinks are made quickly, efficiently and accurately

· Complies with all food safety and sanitation guidelines

· Maintain a clean/ neat work environment

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in coffee and customer service

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong leadership qualities

· Positive and outgoing

· Works well with others, a team player

· Able to learn and execute multiple tasks

· Seeks ways to improve guest satisfaction; asks questions,

· Operates with integrity; demonstrates honesty, treats others with respect, keeps commitments

· Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation including but not limited to tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, etc.

Work Location: In person

~ Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift

~ Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts

~ Must be available to work weekends
