Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience.
• Experience with NetHealth/PCC.

Assignment Details

• Full-time schedule Monday through Friday.
• Start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• Short-term and long-term care rehab setting.

Location Highlights

Dayton, Ohio offers access to aviation history and outdoor recreation in a metro area setting. Carillon Historical Park and the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force are both located in Dayton, and Five Rivers MetroParks provides more than 16,000 acres of parks and trails across the region. Downtown Dayton includes the Oregon District and the Schuster Center, while John Bryan State Park and Clifton Gorge are about 30 to 40 minutes away for hiking and scenic views.
