Job Description
- Manage lease negotiations and renewals for retail properties.
- Collaborate with the legal team to review and finalize real estate agreements.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential retail locations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and brokers.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all real estate transactions.
- Prepare detailed reports on property performance and lease obligations.
- Support the strategic planning of store expansions or relocations.
- Address and resolve real estate-related disputes or issues.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Real Estate Manager should have:
- Strong experience with retail real estate transactions and lease negotiations.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make strategic recommendations.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
