ASSISTANT MANAGER – WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS Salary: $50,000–$55,000/year Employment Type: Full-Time Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package Experience: 3+ Years in Warehouse, Fulfillment, or Operations Position Overview Our client is seeking a hands‑on Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations to help lead daily operations, improve processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and develop a strong warehouse team. What You’ll Do Help lead daily warehouse operations and ensure performance and customer service goals are met. Identify workflow, system, and execution issues and implement practical improvements. Coach, train, and develop team members while promoting accountability. Serve as an escalation point for day‑to‑day operational challenges. Partner with the Warehouse Manager on process improvements and operational strategy. Monitor performance metrics including efficiency, accuracy, and inventory integrity. Review operational data, identify trends, and perform root cause analysis. Develop action plans to improve department performance. Maintain inventory accuracy and help protect company assets. Build strong product knowledge across 100+ brands and product lines. Create and improve employee training resources and processes. Communicate expectations clearly and provide consistent performance feedback. Collaborate with other departments to keep operations running smoothly. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, operations, or similar experience. Experience improving processes and operational performance. Strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills. Ability to make independent decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organization, planning, and time‑management skills. Ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow through. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable coaching employees and holding team members accountable.
