This is an experienced position, ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues are essential. We’re looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, to join a family, and to grow with an established brand. Requirements 2 years in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction Positive, team‑oriented attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company Bonus: Previous experience in gutter services/installation and a passion for gutters (like us!) is a huge plus Compensation $65,000-$80,000 (base pay + production rate) Qualifications Must be 18 or older Must have a valid driver’s license 2 years of relevant construction/carpentry experience Additional Information This franchise is independently owned and operated.
