The ideal candidate will have strong med-surg nursing skills, experience with cardiac monitoring, and the ability to care for patients with acute or chronic diseases. First-time travelers are welcome. Assignment Details Start Date: Not Provided Work Modality: Not Provided Shift Details: 3x12 Days Assignment Length: Not Provided Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2025 (negotiable) Charting System: EPIC Floating to all adult med surg/telemetry units in-house Responsibilities Provide care for patients with acute or chronic diseases and post-op surgeries Manage comorbidities common to the med-surg population Conduct cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation Perform IV insertion, wound care, and post-op monitoring Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams Facilitate discharge planning and patient education Qualifications Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) BCR (Basic Cardiac Rhythm) – must pass an EKG competency exam as part of compliance 2 years of Med/Tele RN experience Skills in tracheostomy care, chest tube management, PIV starts, and more Preferred: ACLS certification National certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing Job Type Not Provided Benefits Not Provided PEL/VIP Job ID 65212635.
