Food Service Manager 3

Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Food Service Manager 3 to oversee our dining operations at St. Joseph Villa in Flourtown, Pennsylvania . St. Joe's Villa is a Catholic senior living community with over 300 retired sisters and lay residents. The Food Service Manager will be hands‑on, moving from front of house to back of house. Typical shift is 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, may vary with every other weekend coverage. Bring your passion for hospitality to a team that values excellence, community, and care. What You'll Do oversee 12 satellite kitchens and daily front of house operations for main dining room; scheduling of staff; ensure timeliness of meal delivery; manage one manager and approximately 12 hourly employees; develop and maintain client and customer relationships; ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and guests; ensure Sodexo standards are met. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement - Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management Experience - 2 years.
