Shipping and Receiving Specialist

- Lead Logistics Workflow: Coordinate daily shipping schedules, assign tasks to team members, and ensure 100% on-time delivery goals.
- Aerospace Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with AS9100 , ITAR, and DOT/IATA regulations.
- Quality & Verification: Inspect outgoing aerospace parts for proper documentation, certificates of conformance (CoC), and traceabilities.
- Precision Packaging: Oversee military/aerospace-spec crating and packaging to prevent any Transit Damage (FOD prevention).
- System Management: Utilize ERP/WMS software to track inventory, generate shipping labels, and manage freight carrier relationships.
