Shipping and Receiving Specialist

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Lead to oversee our logistics pipeline and ensure our flight-ready products reach global clients safely and on schedule.

salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Lead Logistics Workflow: Coordinate daily shipping schedules, assign tasks to team members, and ensure 100% on-time delivery goals.
Aerospace Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with AS9100 , ITAR, and DOT/IATA regulations.
Quality & Verification: Inspect outgoing aerospace parts for proper documentation, certificates of conformance (CoC), and traceabilities.
Precision Packaging: Oversee military/aerospace-spec crating and packaging to prevent any Transit Damage (FOD prevention).
System Management: Utilize ERP/WMS software to track inventory, generate shipping labels, and manage freight carrier relationships.
