Sales - Client Engagement Specialist

Role Overview As a Sales & Client Engagement Specialist at Z Family Law, you will close high‑ticket deals and provide compassionate client service. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling inbound leads and following up with prospects persistently to secure new cases. Responsibilities Sell the vision of a brighter future to prospective clients. Provide a high level of client service and persistent follow‑up. Coordinate with intake specialists to book sales appointments. Contribute to team training, coaching and support efforts. Qualifications Personal experience navigating a family law case (preferred). Strong closing skills and high energy; comfort with high‑ticket sales. Ability to build relationships and manage long‑term follow‑up. Benefits Consistent inbound lead flow; no cold calling. Set schedule with flexible hours and nights/weekends back. Intake specialists pre‑qualify prospects. Ongoing training, coaching and support from a dedicated leadership team. Competitive compensation package and benefits. Base salary plus performance bonuses; compensation range $45,000–$70,000 yearly plus performance‑based bonus.
