Product Delivery Lead In Card PricingA high-impact leadership role blending hands-on UAT ownership, team management, and innovation in automation and tooling to accelerate delivery and raise quality in a fast-paced product environment.As a Product Delivery Lead in Card Pricing, you will own end-to-end testing strategy and execution for strategic initiatives, including platform modernization and new pricing capabilities. You will lead a team of testers, drive quality governance, and establish a scalable test automation vision to improve speed, coverage, and reliability of releases.Job ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead end-to-end UAT strategy and delivery across Card Pricing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and release timelines, while creasing coverage and reducing cycle timeDefine and govern the UAT approach, test plans, execution strategy, including dependencies, risks, assumptions, and entry/exit criteriaOversee execution of complex pricing scenarios; ensure accurate results, evidence, and defect documentationLead defect triage, prioritization, and resolution, partnering across Product, Technology, and Operations teamsReconcile results across test cycles, environments, and partner groups, driving resolution of discrepanciesManage and develop a team of UAT analysts, drive accountability and performanceAct as primary escalation point and provide clear executive-level status reportingIdentify and implement automation opportunities, including CI/CD integration and reusable frameworksEnsure adherence to governance, controls, and regulatory requirements (e.g., APR) and partner with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Risk, and Ops to remove blockers and ensure deliveryDrive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and testing efficiency while leveraging AI/GenAI tools to improve test design, execution, and reportingRequired qualifications, Skills and CapabilitiesBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience7+ years of experience in testing/UAT, including test strategy, planning, and executionPrior experience in people management or team leadershipStrong experience with JIRA workflows and defect management, End-to-end testing lifecycle, Test management tools, SQL for data validation and analysisExperience with Agile software development methodologyStrong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to prepare executive-level updatesStrong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlinesProven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teamsHigh initiative, ownership mindset, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentPreferred qualifications, skills and capabilitiesExperience in Card Pricing, financial services, or regulated environmentsHands-on experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD integrationFamiliarity with AI/GenAI-enabled testing toolsExposure to real-time systems and API-based architecturesApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
