Your Role As our Client Services Coordinator, you'll be a key connection point between our clients and the RBA team. Your primary responsibility is to help ensure clients receive responsive, organized, warm, and professional service. You’ll manage general client communication and scheduling, help clients navigate administrative processes, and make sure requests reach the appropriate team member and receive appropriate follow-through. You’ll also help maintain the administrative systems behind the client experience, including billing and service agreement administration, client information, and client-facing communications. In this role, you will: Serve as a primary point of contact for general client calls, emails, and in-office inquiries. Provide warm, professional, and timely client communication. Coordinate client meeting scheduling for partners, managers, and tax teams. Help clients understand administrative processes, expectations, and next steps. Triage client needs and connect clients with the appropriate RBA professional when technical expertise is required. Monitor client requests and provide appropriate follow-through. Prepare service agreements and invoices based on approved services and firm procedures. Maintain accurate client and billing information in Canopy and other firm systems. Support client communications, including newsletters, announcements, and office closure notices. Help maintain organized client-facing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. You're a Great Fit If...
