We enable customers to design what they want, when they want it and deliver harness builds at record-breaking speed.Role Overview:The Quality Inspector role will be responsible for performing in-process and final inspections of harnesses and hardware to ensure compliance with internal, external, and industry specifications. This role plays a key part in supporting production goals, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the on-time delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a quality-first mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across functional teams.What you'll own:Perform in-process and final inspections of hardware against engineering drawings, industry specifications, and internal/external quality requirements.Conduct incoming inspections as required to support production timelines.Create and maintain inspection documentation, including First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), Inspection Reports, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and End Item Data Packages (EIDPs).Ensure the delivery of high-quality products from Senra's manufacturing team, supporting production, operations, and delivery targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CAPA) for quality-related issues.Drive Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to closure, supporting disposition, approvals, and verification activities as required.Investigate, document, and resolve product and process issues, ensuring proper corrective actions are implemented and verified.Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance product quality, reduce inefficiencies, and support lean manufacturing initiatives.Perform product testing on hardware as required to verify performance and quality.Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to meet production deadlines and operational goals.What you'll bring to the team:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Technical Degree in a related field preferred).2+ years of experience in quality inspection, production, or manufacturing rolesHands on experience inspection of harnesses to IPC-620 or NASA 8739.4 Class 3Familiarity with inspection techniques, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective action processes (CAPA).Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and industry specifications.Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and non-conformance reporting (NCR) processes.Strong documentation skills, with experience in creating First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and End Item Data Packages (EIDPs).Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills,Ability to work onsite at our facility in Redondo Beach, CA.Bonus Points:Hands on experience inspecting aerospace or defense hardwareIPC-620, IPC-610 and NASA-STD-8739.4 certifiedPrevious experience working at a fast-paced, high-growth startupCompensation:Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.Hourly Range: $24.00- $36.00This is an onsite role in our HQ, Redondo Beach, CA.Benefits:Unmatched opportunities to drive impact on a friendly and mission-driven teamOwn a piece of the pie with equity participation!Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life and long-term disability coverageFlexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Spending Account (DSA) for health-related expenses20 vacation days per year and 12 company holidays for rest and relaxationa 401(k) plan?to set yourself up for retirementChoose a record you love, and we'll add it to our growing vinyl collection!$50/month DoorDash credit – lunch is on us!Up to $100/month reimbursement for gym membershipsFully stocked kitchen with snacks and beveragesRegular team-building events, lunches, and the occasional breakfast burrito!Bright, open office with communal spaces for collaboration and free parkingConveniently located near the metro, major freeways and local dining spotsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
