This role focuses on supporting children during one of the most important stages of development by creating a nurturing environment that encourages language development, exploration, confidence, and secure relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who enjoys leading a classroom while making a lasting impact on young children's earliest learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead daily classroom routines for children ages 12–24 months Implement developmentally appropriate activities using the L.E.A.P.
