Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to neonates, ensuring safe and effective outcomes.
• Maintain patient care in compliance with facility protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care.
• Monitor and assess neonates, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Float across units to provide care to pediatric patients under age 2 as required.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in WA or Compact State (required at time of submission).
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience.
• Certification in BLS and NRP.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• Ability to work variable weekends and accommodate floating between units.
• Experience with high acuity cases in NICU levels III and IV.
