Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment
• Weekday, weekend, and holiday call required
• Approximately 1-2 call days per month

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Operating Room Technology (ORT)
• Previous operating room or perioperative nursing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced clinical settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• BLS and other required certifications

Responsibilities:

• Function efficiently within perioperative settings, supporting surgical teams
• Prepare and maintain operating rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterilized
• Monitor and assess patient needs pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to provide safe, optimal care
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and strict infection control standards
• Take weekday, weekend, and holiday call on a rotating basis
